Length of Policy: 11-16 weeks

For a pregnancy-related disability (which qualifies as a short-term disability): 16 weeks of maternity paid leave. Mothers may also combine any accrued PTO, accrued Sick leave, or up to 2 weeks of DTO to further their paid time off. For the birth/adoption of a new child: 8 weeks of paid parental leave.
