Length of Policy: 4-6 weeks

All staffers (women and men) who have been employed with DCI for at least one year may take two weeks of paid leave upon the arrival of a new baby. In addition, the staffer who gave birth (or adopted) the child, may take one week of paid leave for every additional year that they have worked at DCI, up to a maximum of 10 weeks. Of course the use of accrued vacation and sick days are available to apply towards maternity/paternity leave as well. In addition, we offer flexible work hours/days upon transition back to work, as well as on-site nursing rooms, and the purchase of day passes at airline clubs for traveling/nursing moms. NOTE: Formal language including how short term disability insurance is figured into this formula is available upon request.
